      It wasn't a good fit for me

      Pros

      They pay very well for the Sacramento area. I think they might even pay the highest for my position in the area.

      Cons

      Everything else aside from the pay. I wasn't a fan of their business practice or their product. The PM/Account Manager that I worked with wanted to squeeze every single dollar out of our clients even if it's to fix a bug that we introduced. The application that they built is very archaic and slow and looks like something from the late 1990s. The benefits sucked. The people who've been there long hoards all the information and act all snobby when you approach them for questions/help. It was an absolute drag to get out of bed every morning to go to work. I quit after a few months and I still don't regret that decision.

      You'll have an opportunity where plenty of hats.

      Cons

      D.T. seems to have a reactive, short-term view of customer engagement and management. Work is often chaotically and haphazardly planned, if at all. The quality if customer support is variable. While it's not uncommon to be asked to do tasks that aren't in the job description, D.T. is inclined to have you do work that isn't even related to your actual job. With an open office concept, the collective noise of co-workers can be disruptive.

      My experience here was absolutely terrible. Underpaid, overworked, not appreciated. I didn't even realize how bad it was until i found a new job that treats employees the way they should be.
