Pros

Good health benefits for the toll on your health because of stress.

Cons

The culture from the top is driven by fear and bullying. The CEO is an awful leader I have had the misfortune to work with. Consequently, team members often find themselves overworked, stressed, and overwhelmed. Not to mention the dishonesty and lack of transparency around the decision-making. Please do not consider working here; look at the reviews and take them seriously.

Burn out denial factory

Pros

You’ll learn more than most places both in skill set and about your own capacity for brutally hard workloads and fast deadlines

Cons

You will overworked. Then you will be overworked more while you’re already drowning. You will be held to unreasonable goals and deadlines. It will make growth nearly impossible for you. You will watch a handful of the CEO’s “boys” be rise through the ranks while you do not. It will foster burnout. The CEO will own nothing and if he does it will be lies and temporary band aids. You will burn out. It will affect your personal life. It will affect your health. They will not be positive affects.

Pros

Remote work and company off-site are all that come to mind.

Cons

You're given tasks but can't actually carry them out because of massive turnover. CEO degrades those around him in public settings. The sad part is that there are some really amazing and talented people working there that are disregarded but stay because of their teams.

Thank you for sharing some of your experience with us. Employee turnover at a digital marketing agency inevitably leads to disruption and stress for the remaining teams, which is why we work so hard to offer benefits and client workload limits that support and encourage retention. As an international company, our People Operations team works hard to ensure parity and fairness in the quality and richness of the pay and benefits we offer. Holding ourselves accountable to localized benchmarking data, and designing plans that rank at or above the 90th percentile in that country.
