Terrible Company

Pros

competitive salary, unlimited PTO (except it is difficult to take bc of bandwidth issues)

Cons

This company will try to sell you on being a people-first culture, but it could not be further from the truth. I witnessed so many leaders in the company have such a truly awful way of speaking to and treating employees. There is a fear culture running rampant and people are fired left and right. RUN from this company. There are unrealistic goals for people with the ultimate goal of profit over people.

Pros

- The company has potential and the right ideas. - You won't be bored - Good benefits

Cons

- Management has a "it's our way or else" mentality. - Women are talked down to frequently and all opinions are dismissed. - They are growing too fast and the amount of work does not equal the pay and people keep quitting making it worse. - CEO micro manages everything.

Your opinion matters to me very much so thank you for sharing. I wish no one has this perspective of our organization and this is deeply troubling to hear. I can not argue that this was not your experience, but I can boldly claim that this is not our intention. I believe actions speak louder than words when it comes to culture. We pay a living wage (70k min.), offer truly exceptional benefits, have 14 weeks paid maternity leave, and 47% of our team members identify as women. We appreciate your feedback and I look forward to growing.

Pros

-great benefits -competitive pay -growth opportunities -smart, hard-working team -remote

Cons

-Taking some sort of odd pride in the lack of work/life balance and chalking it up to “performance-driven culture” or “that’s just agency life”. A comment was made by the CEO that no one should work over 50 hours; I’ll call out that this does not include leaders. -Relatively conservative leaders so if you are looking for a place of ethnic diversity and women in leadership, probably not for you. A lot of people refer to it as “the boys club”- they’re not wrong. -Beware of the old saying “if they will talk poorly about others to you, they will talk poorly of you to others” and that starts at the top.

Thank you so much for your feedback, it's Garrett. It's always tough to get reviews like this and I do not believe they accurately depict our organization; however, I hear you and nobody is working harder to make this the best company in the world for it's team. I don't know who you are, but if we worked together for 4+ years, thank you for your hard work and belief. I appreciate you and we will keep pushing :)
