Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your perspective. I'm truly sorry to hear of your poor rating of us as an employer. I'm always available, or another member of my team if you'd like, to discuss this further. We all genuinely care, and want nothing but the best for you. - Mel Dale, Head of People Operations

Pros

- Every person I worked with was brilliant - Remote - Great benefits - SaaS marketing is extremely interesting

Cons

- Despite the chart showing organizational structure there is definitely a disconnect - I have autism and not once when I asked for help or clarity with certain tasks was I accommodated. As a result, I was chastised by slow progress by upper management when I was. They would rather have let me flounder after abruptly changing tasks with little to no communication. Was a terrible experience. - Preach people first/results culture but was made to feel expendable from the start - Onboarding process was in shambles and no clear cut direction on anything more of like a baptism by fire I would also like to note that I have previously been let go from other agencies because of my autism because they were at-will employers as they can fire for whatever reason and burden of proof is on you. Please see why I was hesitant to outright bring it to their attention when I was first brought on. I explained to the management who were training, mentoring, and working with me about my learning disability with their processes and it went by the wayside. Sad. No bad reviews for the CEO. Not sure if he knows about the blundering going on from the ground level but I never had a bad experience with him.

Hello, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We intentionally build our new employee onboarding and learning programs around a variety of learning styles, because we understand that no single presentation style, delivery method, or training solution could ever possibly work for every person. I'm sorry that you feel your needs were not accommodated, and for your experiences with previous employers that led you to not fully disclose what accommodations you believe you needed. At Directive, we believe diversity drives innovation and growth. We embrace the broadest and most inclusive definition possible of what being truly "diverse" means, including neurodiversity. In the future, I hope you feel comfortable and safe sharing your full self with your employer. We wish you success, fulfillment, and belonging in your career wherever it leads you. - Mel Dale, Head of People Operations

Pros

Gym membership, fun colleagues, cool projects.

Cons

When management said they were open to our suggestions, it was a lie! We were blatantly shut off before we could even say anything! Work environment is very fast paced, forced to catch up with every project with deadlines unreasonable! It’s terribly exhausting!!
