Pros

Directive Consulting provides a great culture where employees learn new skills and improve on current ones each and every day. The people I work with are some of the most talented people I have ever met and we collaborate on a daily basis to continually provide great work for our clients. As any marketing firm, we do have our fun too. We have a ping-pong in office, cold-brew coffee on tap, Anaheim Ducks tickets and an open work environment.

Cons

The only con that I can come up with is no health benefits (yet) and sometimes we are office snack stash runs empty.

Pros

The operations model at Directive Consulting sets up every employee for personal and career growth. With dedicated teams/set clients per team, you are able to implement strategic campaigns and directly correlate your work to client success. All of your decisions are backed by data, giving you the ability to shine in this company and be compensated accordingly. Outside of the work, the office provides a comfortable environment packed with amenities (cold brew on tap is my favorite). There are also flexible working hours, providing a nice work/life balance.

Cons

As we rapidly grow, upgrading offices on a semi-annual basis has been a bit of a pain :)

Pros

Cold brew on tap, great culture, and a management team that pushes you to be the best you can be. I've already learned more in the past 6 months here than I have in my entire life. If you put in the effort, your career can be launched by this company.

Cons

Sometimes we get stretched thin because of the level of work we put into every account, but these are just the growing pains of a small and fast growing company.
