      Pros

      Career growth is encouraged and supported here. Management has your back, and will put you in the best possible position to succeed. Also quite refreshing to work at a company where they truly value the users and what's best for them. Fantastic job working with employees and their needs during COVID.

      Cons

      While diversity is actively being worked on, the higher ups could be far more diverse. They've been quite open with that though, and are actively trying to remedy that.

      *Great people. Smart and driven and dedicated to the mission of bringing people together. *Experienced leaders in most areas of the business with the know-how and perspective to avoid big problems. *Extremely popular product with an engaged userbase. *Huge growth ahead!

      Cons

      *Typical startup growing pains, really. *Comms are starting to short out as teams and orgs grow *We're hiring a little slower than we probably should be, given our aggressive goals.

      - Tons of personal growth opportunities - Management deeply cares about employee career progression - Amazing culture, I really love the people I work with - Promotions are given based on skill/work, rather than just tenure

      Cons

      - The path is sometimes hard for employees that want to jump to a different dept (Part of that is likely because of the fairly lean team and the company moving so fast) - Cross team communication could be improved (Growing pains)
