Pros

Outstanding benefits across the board. Extreme levels of paid time off - and they encourage people to take their time off.

Cons

Sr management is very passive-aggressive. You will be surprised at issues brought up (against you) well after a situation occurs, and nothing was mentioned at the time.

Pros

Work life balance, benefits and culture makes for a great environment. Great company to work for when you look at all the benefits.

Cons

Pay is below average. Expected to do extra things not in job description but not compassionated. Internal employees overlooked for outside talent.

Pros

Discover offers a flexible work schedule and they pay well. The managers are experienced and act like they truly care about their people. This is the first company I have worked at where I feel like my opinion really does matter.

Cons

Discover just created this department so as with any new area, there is a lot of change and kinks to be worked out. Overall, it's been a great experience and I'm glad I joined Discover.
