Pros

Work life balance is amazing, work from home options are great. Pay is alright, but you'll forget that you can make an extra buck somewhere else when you realize how well you are treated here.

Cons

Honestly, thinking of a Con is hard when you're working at such a great company. My only complaint is that the Health insurance is a little expensive.

Pros

You will make some amazing friends in that place. Im talking life time friends with co workers and lower level management.

Cons

RIDICULOUS bonus pay structure. They change the rules EVERY SINGLE DAY for what you can and cant do on collections calls. It is an extreme amount of pressure to work in collections and Discovers upper management did not care one iota about the reps. And the health insurance costs were EXTREME like more than half my paycheck was taken by insurance alone.
