      Pros

      Laid-back environment. Work is not challenging. Team culture is mostly great. My team honors what you do rather than what you say.

      Cons

      Low pay. Considerably low for most teams. Why-fix-it-if-not-broken. You don't see any motivation. Sometimes, not uncommon, unqualified people get promoted by getting intimate with superiors. Rules that are used to most employees don't apply if you are puppies to high level management. Very unprofessional behaviors are ignored by HR.

      Terrible Regional HR Manager/ Micro-manager. Controlling and dishonest behavior. No common sense.

      it WAS a good place to work untill!! they Fired the Boss then every week it was your getting fired on mondy!

      work at home opportunity, when I was in the BT team it was a good opportunity.

      Cons

      they treat you like crap, they have weekly meetings in management on who they can fire and how they can fire that person, even when you are doing great. even when you are at a 96% or higher and meeting ALL the requirements and you have been on the same coaching plan a for 7 months straight because you supervisor says you are doing great. NO opportunity's for growth, unless someone dies or gets fired. IT was a running joke to see who would be fired next we ALL knew we would be fired. it was HELLL working there! I would recommend looking for OTHETR options if at ALLL possible it is the DEAVL.... You will loose your heart sole and mind...
