Pros

Location is convenient if you live in Northern suburbs and don't want to commute to the city. Depending on your management there can be significant flexibility in your work arrangements.

Cons

Everyone is running their own agenda and executives don't have a clue what is happening around them.

Pros

Benefits - The insurance and 401k were good and start day 1 Pay- Starting pay is good. Bonus - You can earn monthly bonuses and get more depending on the dept. you are in Co-workers - The people I met there that were doing the same thing I were, were amazing.

Cons

Stress - Very stressful job and sadly you do not get the support you need from higher up. Boss - There are very few people that are in a management position that actually care about their employees. A lot, of them have ever done the actual job to know what it is like. Instead of listening to employees they do things there way and that may be very different than the team you were on just 1 day ago. HR - I personally went to HR with concerns and nothing was done, it got to the point that I had to leave the job due to medical issues caused by my direct supervisor.

Pros

Interview process was fun - The first interview was a card game on your personality and traits, the recruiter takes you around the building shows you the great facility. The 2nd interview is more like a traditional interview.. I also had to sell a speaker to the hiring manager on the spot whch was difficult but really hands on!!

Cons

I got offered the position and I took it for $13 a hour which is great, i went in took the picture for my badge , took the drug test , fingerprints , and the background screening, its been almost 2 weeks now and i'm suppose to start in less than a week with no here back, I emailed 2 recruiters with no reply back.. So i guess I'm okay i just wish their was more feedback
