      Pros

      401K, Employee stock purchase program, health, dental, 2-weeks paid vaca to start with.

      Cons

      If you work at the Sterling Broadcast facility, there is zero opportunity to advance. Management is not to be trusted. Salaries are low, raises are at most 2% a year. CEO David Zaslov made close to 150 million in 2014, but that money doesn't filter down to the rank and file.

      Great people to work with.

      -Training is an absolute joke and management relies on sales assistants to train new hires (assistants are way too busy to be training) -You will be required/bullied into doing your superiors' work and management is fully aware of it -Zero support for the assistants who manage the accounts on a day-to-day basis -Strong lack of communication with other departments, including other bundles -Very far behind for a media company with a TON of capital and resources
