      They will rehire you after they lay you off.

      They will lay you off for no reason. All decisions are based on saving money and not caring for employees.

      The people on my team are great.

      Cons

      company morale has gone way down since the merger with Scripps. Changes made during reorg by top level with no regard for employee input. No uniform processes across the individual networks. Lots of red tape and unnecessary escalations. No in-office perks like lunch, drinks or snacks. Company does not pay or reimburse for parking or gym membership (a few bucks a quarter for fitness reimbursement).
