      - Great place to make friends - Lots of events - Good name for resume

      Cons

      - upper management pretends to be your friend and then when you confide in them they use your own words against you - act oblivious to how overworked everyone is and how understaffed the entire company is - extremely political - the growth opportunity has bottlenecked

      Pros

      They'll pay you a reasonable salary with a bonus every year.

      Cons

      That salary is in exchange for any sort of work life balance you have. Since the merger, nothing makes sense. No one is informed. New regulations with no action plans are being implemented immediately. Moral is super low. Movement is happening at a higher level where it is assumed everyone lower on the totem poll will just "get over it, they have a job"

      - PTO - Health Benefits - Location - 401K - Holidays

      Cons

      Inconsistent leadership vision and direction has led to ongoing restructuring past 5 years and counting with loss of jobs at all levels. Lack of HR leadership, communication and constant cost cutting. Culture is stressful, not knowing when the next jobs loss will happen whether recent hire or not. Focus is on cutting costs.
