      Pros

      Hiring my own teams and able to make decisions quickly without a lot of input from higher ups - however this extremely RARE in the company as a whole.

      Cons

      Salaries are not competitive, leadership like to clean house too often and lets all the institutional knowledge walk out the door. This allows the same mistakes/bad programming to be made over and over again. Bring back the OG and ratings will improve - especially at DSC and APL. A lot of lip service is given to risk-taking but then decision makers don't want to lose their jobs so stretching to try new things is minimal and thus brings down the whole company.

      Lots of opportunity on smaller networks to make big swings with less cooks in the kitchen

      Cons

      CONSTANT re-orgs, staff cuts, dramatic leadership changes and shift in goals/strategies every 6 months to a year. This makes for a challenging culture - it's hard to make big strides in any one big thing.
