Pros

Wonderful residents, amazing co workers. Immediate manager is a truly supportive, kind and caring human being. Probably the best manager I've ever had.

Cons

Upper management seems to be invisible. So far, I have seen no support at all. I am truly hoping for improvement in the near future but I'm not very hopeful.

Great Company if you want to work hard!

Pros

Great team members, and leaders. A lot of our NJ teams have been in position for a long time. Just like any job, you will be expected to work hard. If working hard is not for you, then this is not the place. I love working for Distinctive.

Cons

Culture in some of the communities is difficult. Some can't get past the past and are still stuck in their old ways. Makes it difficult for the rest of us who are interested in moving the company forward!

Pros

The management company are very supportive and family oriented. I never feel like I’m not being heard and have everything I need to get the job done. Everybody is happy to help when I have questions or any issues. My work life balance is exactly what I hoped for in a career. I love working here!

Cons

Encourages growth, but not everyone is used to it.
