Pros

The company is new and growing, which brings opportunities to take on new roles, learn new skills, and be part of building something from the ground up. The team environment is supportive and collaborative.

Cons

Some areas could benefit from improvement. Communication around operational changes can be unclear at times, and additional training for both community leaders and hourly staff would support consistency.

Pros

Resident and some employees are amazing

Cons

They don't pay invoices and you can't get inspections done. They have children be in charge of their places who have no clue what they are doing and sit in their offices and drink. They never have your back on anything. They expect you to pay out of pocket on supplies since they don't pay their suppliers and you never see the money back regardless if you recipts or not. They only care about their pockets and ask questions on when the next resident who will move out or pass so they can get more in. Never work here they will eat your soul and spit you out!
