Pros

A good way to get your foot in the door. After that it's sink or swim. Training is limited and too far in between to be effective.

Cons

Management or lack thereof. There is no leadership from the top, just a bunch of people who like to hear themselves talk. The few managers that they have who are worthwhile, unfortunately get inundated with work and are never listened to. This is a good ole boys club, there is no diversity within the company aside from the CEO who shamelessly comes out of the shadows to accept "diversity" awards. They do not promote within. Benefits are the pits.

Pros

Was able to get a job hassle-free. Didn't have to bother any of my references with phones calls. I had a 5 minute conversation with a "recruiter" to get submitted to a job and give my information. other than that, we only emailed.

Cons

The bum down the street has better benefits than I do, and don't think to ask any questions because no one there will be able to help you. You will get 5 difference answers from 2 different people- yup, that means you'll get multiple answers from the same person depending on the weather. I really don't know how they are still in business. Oh and once you're contract ends, don't even think about asking what else is in store- by this time you will have cycled through 25 recruiters and 8 account managers. No one there who cares to help. What a joke.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. As a young and growing company, we truly value criticism from our employees and consider it as opportunity to change and improve. We sincerely apologize that you had a negative experience at Diversant, as that is obviously never our intention. In terms of benefits, we hear you. We are looking at other options that will work better for everyone, but it is a process. We want all of our employees to know that we are continuing to work toward better organization and transparency. Thank you again for your critique.

Pros

As a first job out of college it was good. It taught me how to communicate with all levels of clients, from tech support up to VPs. Helped understand the tech world a bit more, even though I wasn't technical myself. I learned all the ins and outs of what hiring managers look for, how to properly write a resume, key interview tips, and how to negotiate. I met some really amazing people within the company, some of which are still my best friends. Good pay, opportunity to make decent money in commission if you're passionate about it.

Cons

Management. Main downside. I watched several managers come and go and there seemed to be no care for how their team was actually doing. Seemed checked out half the time and never really did anything to help you improve. Only time they really acknowledged your work is when you did something wrong- luckily, you could usually ask your colleagues for help and they would take the time.
