      Fun Place to Work with Fun People

      Pros

      Really enjoyed making a lot of friends at the company. day to day is mostly fun work, of course some is a grind - where's it not?! I am happy for my time at Diversant

      Cons

      I didn't always have enough time in the day to get done what I wanted to get done. Yes, some later nights and early morning were needed, worth it though.

      Pros

      Rapidly growing company with the strongest senior leadership team in the industry. Focused approach on staffing and nothing else. Very flexible and inclusive. Transparent and honest.

      Cons

      They don't Tamale Tuesdays. Oh well. That's about it.

      Okay - but don't stay too long

      Pros

      The Account Managers were one of the best assets at this company. They invested in my success at the firm and everyone at the office was personable. A good starting place for a career or recent college graduate to gain fundamental experience and understanding of the business world.

      Cons

      Staffing in general is a difficult industry, but in a company that is still growing and trying to expand their client base, it is even more so. Sometimes recruiters were stuck working on the same thing for weeks on end because there was nothing else in the pipeline available. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying more than 9-12 months because there is not a ton of career potential and there was poor executive management when I was there.
