      Easy hours no other pros besides that.

      Cons

      Managers definitely play favorites. Only successful if you’re a male. It is a male dominated company. Training is horrible. It is full of drama. False accusations will be made up about you if they do not like you. Management is totally inappropriate with some of the things that come out of their mouth. Would not recommend working here unless you feel like working in a shark tank everyday without your voice being heard if you are not liked.

While we are taking your feedback very seriously, we cannot agree with your representation that one can only be successful at DIVERSANT if he is a male. It is simply inaccurate. In fact, 8 out 10 most revenue-generating Account Managers at DIVERSANT are females, including the very top producer. Similarly, 6 out 10 top Recruiters are females. As for your comments about our management and training, we are always looking to evaluate and improve.       Hilarious. 100% turnover

      Pros

      None. I can't even think of 20 words so I am just filling up space before the real review below.

      Cons

      This company cracks me up. Since hiring the guy that was supposed to grow the company to 500 mil, there has been 100% turnover on the leadership team. Every single MD and every single national accounts leader has left or been fired for silly reasons in the LAST 2 YEARS!! Why would anyone want to work here? They've also lost every top performer. Sales and recruiting. There are a lot of scumbags running this company, and the guy pictured above is not one of them.

I have been part of Diversant's leadership team for many years and cannot agree with your representation regarding the retention of leadership or top producers at Diversant. Our leadership has worked really hard to create a company that is financially secure and that provides a comfortable and collaborative environment to all employees. Over the past 7 years, the Company has tripled the number of its employees, as well as its revenue, while working in an extremely competitive environment. Like many other staffing companies, Diversant has experienced some turnover over the years. However, we have always strived to provide the best service possible to our clients and to recognize and reward the contributions of our employees.       Pros

      Really not many pros to this place. If there would be one it would be the fact that you can only go up from here. Once you either quit or get fired from this job every other company you work for will be a walk in the park compared to this. Worst experience of my life. Stay away from staffing companies and definitely stay away from Diversant. I really wish I did more research before I started this mess.

      This place is one of the worst employers in one of the worst industry you can be in. Any positive review that is on here was written by management. Please take my advice! If you are coming out college looking for a great company to start your career KEEP away from this company. The positive I got out of this experience was the friendships I made here with other recent college grads. When you in such a bad enviroment like the one at Diversant all you have is your coworkers to keep you going.
