      Company being sold...consider your other options.

      Pros

      * We sold! They announced before Christmas we are being acquired by a large, well-known IT staffing company, and nothing but good things can come from that. Hopefully, it's not too late. 95% of the producers are interviewing and looking to leave after we get 2021 bonuses in late January. * We use a lot of good sourcing tools and the ATS is solid. * Great recruiters internally and most are always open to helping. It takes a little while to get all the systems down, * Tons to recruit on(if you are ok recruiting VMS) * You can work 100% remote

      Cons

      * 90% of jobs are VMS (no manager contact) * Metrics > Placements - Submittals are more important to recruiting leadership than placements. * No direction or communication at the VP level * Middle managers (MD or Recruiting Director) are either really good or really bad. The good ones have left or are leaving * No accountability for account managers and sales team. AM's are technically in 'sales' but only a handful actually sell. Most do not have manager contact with their jobs and are not managed or held accountable to do so. However when recruiters get a placement they give full credit on placements and commissions to an AM. We reward AM's with placements for not being involved in the entire process. * Benefits are really bad and expensive * Salaries - way below what competitors are offering and adding new experienced team members is almost impossible. * Job Stability - everything is being moved offshore and now there are offshore recruiters working onshore business. They seem to be moving to 100% offshore recruiters since we cannot find onshore recruiters willing to come work here.

      Worse than most staffing agency

      Pros

      You can be the most senior person fairly easy because the turnover is so high. In return, you can have a book of business walk in the door, from what large telecom companies they have.

      Cons

      They say they are a diverse company with one owner who is not really involved in the company being African American. The rest of the management and team are middle aged white guys. It is not a progressive company, they do not care or treat their employees any more than a number and have nothing to offer to set themselves apart from the competition. I found that the upper managment was deceitful and lacked integrity to run a national firm. One of the worse experiences I have ever had in the industry and would not recommend them to any client, candidate or internal employee. Much better staffing agencies out there.

      Diversant obviously told their employees to rate company because they were getting blasted

      Pros

      Free parking is the only thing I can think of.

      Cons

      I don't have enough free time to write every con about Diversant, so we'll just go with EVERTYTHING!
