Pros

Friendships to last a lifetime, you get exposure to a "real job", you get to learn IT lingo, a lot of people network with clients to get jobs in really great companies and leave this place if you are in sales. Great social scene for the weekends too if you get a job here you will have a social life and make friends.

Cons

Fear...this place is run on fear because you are told you are replaceable. The fact is you know that you are replaceable so you live every day in fear of your job. It is an unhealthy culture where the "favorites" call the shots and then other people get fired for no reason ("poor performance"). The management allows drama and cut throat behavior to happen. They don't train employees and have unrealistic expectations of them. The words employee apathy like that comment below are true. They under pay people and then expect them to work 12 hours daily and weekends even though the commission is 2%. They think we are lazy if we don't. We just want to enjoy some of our free time since there is no incentive. You are mislead by the people recruiting you in here and given false promises of high income, great benefits, and promotion into account management within 3 months. That NEVER happens except in the brand new offices like GA and PA. There is no method to the madness. Most people are burnt out and desperate to leave. Actually a HIGH number of people have left from 4 of 5 branches in last few months. If you want a company where senior management treats you like you are below them then this is it. They do not give salary raises. Before I quit I asked someone "successful" what their commission was and when they told me I was shocked to hear they made only $2,000 last year. That is far from the $60k we were told!

Pros

The sink or swim atmosphere is a good experience to have for your first position out of school. Some of the people are candid, intelligent co-workers and others... not so much. Diversant's Owner is a fantastic person and a pleasure to be around.

Cons

The company's structure is all about bringing in a fresh graduates, working them until they place a few candidates to put on the company's payroll and then letting them go for one reason or the next. Thus, keeping the full spread from an individual candidate without having to pay the now "fired" recruiter's commission. Do not join this company if you are looking for a growing career. Do not join this company in hopes that you will make more than 5k in commission for the entire year. If you feel so inclined to join this company after reading this review, be sure to specifically ask about the commission structure.

Pros

Provides the required support wherever needed. Experience with Diversant LLC was v-smooth. Staff is very helpful and aggressively looks for next assignment as soon as your current one is towards closure.

Cons

I have not faced any so far.
