      Great Place to start a career in Recruitment

      Pros

      Co Workers are really what makes this office some place worth working. The job is also a constant education, as you are learning as you pick up job descriptions

      Cons

      Young sales force, still acquiring the right accounts to really become successful. Executive's could also do a better job at offering incentives that are actually beneficial like $$$ as opposed to a pat on the back and a casual Friday.
