      Pros

      Diversant invests more in the professional development of its staff than any other firm I have worked with over my career. The company is very transparent with its goals and strategies and communicates well throughout the organization. Individual talents are fostered and encouraged. The atmosphere is competitive but not cut-throat.

      Cons

      Currently only east coast based as far as office locations.

      Pros

      I've been at Diversant for more than a year and from what I've seen in the recruiting industry this is a great company. It's cool to know that when the CEO comes into the office, that they know you by name. You aren't a number at Diversant but an actual person. I like how you are put on a pod and work within a team. The managers motivate you well to make placements and when you place people the entire office supports and cheers for you. The environment is really awesome.

      Cons

      Metric based job, but most companies are metric based.

      Pros

      The office/company culture is great. The business model really promotes growth, success, and leadership. Self-motivation and efforts are always rewarded. Everyone is extremely supportive and willing to help. I left a job that had terrible company culture so I can really appreciate a good one.

      Cons

      It can be difficult, as there are a lot of variables that are beyond your control, nature of the beast that is recruiting
