Pros

Gave recent college grads the opportunity to work in an office environment and gain experience working with different people.

Cons

Very Very unprofessional. Ran by Frat Guys and there is no diversity in the office. All people of the same race and background which makes it really hard to try and relate to coworkers.

Entry Level Job

Pros

You will meet some really nice people, who work hard and are trying to better themselves. You get paid more than the average entry level job.

Cons

This is painful to write because you always want to be appreciative when you are given an opportunity but the sad reality of this company is that you are manipulated from the very first interview. They dazzle you with money, sporting events, and dinners with clients. In reality, you are going to sit at a desk, completing menial tasks that upper management requests and middle management does not understand. The training is inadequate and the work load is not enough to cover the metrics they demand. There is a desperation coming from middle management, who are struggling to organize a bunch of twenty-somethings and create a productive environment. If you want to have a happy work life here, stay naive about what goes on behind closed doors.

Not the best company for working mothers

Pros

None that are pertinent to this post.

Cons

Awful maternity policy. Leave is unpaid, and you won't receive your commission checks for the time you are out, even though you placed those consultants. Never mind the fact that Diversant wouldn't be making money off of them if it weren't for you. The work/life balance is almost nonexistent with the lack of flexibility of being able to work from home.
