      The Comment below is nothing more than propaganda from senior management

      Pros

      The pros are you get a paycheck every 2 weeks and that is really about it. The work atmosphere is good because everyone hates their job equally.

      Cons

      It is almost sad how obvious the comment below is written by senior management. The comment is just a face saving attempt because so many people are leaving the company and they are worried many people will shy away from pursuing a job there. Diversant must feel as if they are in a real bind because they can't keep an employee and the goals Diversant has set out to reach are just a little too far fetched. The pay is poor and stays poor because Diversant does not have the business to support the commission structure which they will claim is superb.

      Pros

      Great work environment with a chance to move up the ladder quickly. There is transparency throughout the entire company, which keeps everyone honest, accountable, and working towards the same goals. All management, including CEO/Principal, are not only approachable, but also very hands on. Great Benefits, culture, and team atmosphere, yet still manages to celebrate individual accomplishments. Better commission structures than any competitor in the industry.

      Cons

      To whom much is given, much is expected. Because management is willing to invest a large amount of time, money, and effort into the training and development of employees, there is definitely an expectation set for a high volume of production. For the wrong type of employee this can be daunting...but for the ambitious and goal-oriented, the opportunities in this growing company are endless.

      Pros

      Diversant has been a wonderful place for me to grow my career. Management and ownership provide you with the tools, training, and constant coaching to help you achieve the level of success you desire. The office culture is busy and energetic, plenty of requirements to work on, which means plenty of money to be made. Our leadership and management team have done an outstanding job building solid relationships with clients in our current markets and clients in our future markets, further proving the level of professionalism and dedication from the top down. Diversant is growing and expanding, and I cannot think of a more exciting firm in the IT industry to learn and grow.

      Cons

      To be successful in this industry you have to be self motivated, hard working, and resilient. The environment is fast paced and production driven, like every other firm in the industry. Some may perceive this as a 'Con', but I love it!
