As long you are on a project you will get paid. once project is over diversant will cancel your h1b and GC

We have employed many H1B employees and work diligently to help those candidates transition to a new project if one is available. We are open to C2C arrangements should the H1B candidate have an opportunity with a client that we currently do not work with in IT staffing. Pros

I've joined Diversant August, 2017. I am in OPT visa status and they filed my H1B for the FYI 2019 as agreed. Easy to work with attorneys for the documentation and they will keep you posted right from the petition submission to getting approvals. Diversant will initiate GC process who are in H1B Visa. Great place to have a career who are looking for sponsorship or H1B transfer.

Cons

No issues as of now.

None that I can think of

Cons

They did not know the SF Sick leave law and have not correctly adjusted my sick hours despite numerous emails and phone calls and now want to pass on a pay cut - they are not honoring my contract. Other agencies treat you better. I have worked for 2 other agencies and this is the worst.
