Pros

They pay on time, professional immigration team and decent PTO.

Cons

You are left high and dry after your 1st project. Account team does not even take the courtesy of responding to your calls and emails as if you do not exist at all. At first you are sold out to the idea that they have plenty of projects in the pipeline. In reality it's very bleak to get out of the hole once 1st project ends.

Pros

Good place to work and rewards you for your hard work. They give a lot of recognition to top performing employees and encourage others to be productive and positive. Cultivates a no non-sense work environment as well as create a healthy competition amongst other offices.

Cons

C-Level Management (regional managers) should really focus more on breaking in into new accounts and clients. They should leave the Account Managers alone and let them have the autonomy to work with their clients the way they see fit. They should also enhance their Recruiting training to be more technical in nature so Junior recruiters will be more equipped in screening Technical candidates. The tendency is, most of the time Account Managers do the recruiters job because candidates are not well screened. they need to be more organize and systematic in selecting healthcare benefits to compete with other companies.

Pros

A good way to get your foot in the door. After that it's sink or swim. Training is limited and too far in between to be effective.

Cons

Management or lack thereof. There is no leadership from the top, just a bunch of people who like to hear themselves talk. The few managers that they have who are worthwhile, unfortunately get inundated with work and are never listened to. This is a good ole boys club, there is no diversity within the company aside from the CEO who shamelessly comes out of the shadows to accept "diversity" awards. They do not promote within. Benefits are the pits.
