Cons

H1B issues and you can’t raise concerns because they don’t listen. They say something and then don’t remember what they said over salary promises.

- Small enough to feel like your contribution matters - Flexibility in work environment (in office/wfh) - Contributions recognized - Minority Owned Business - Back office staff cannot be rivaled by any rival company - Coworkers are enjoyable - Staffing comp plan can’t be beat

Cons

- Communication & access to leadership problematic - Leadership spread thin - Not many avenues to advance - Managed Services comp is lowest in industry - You often feel like you’re on an island with little help - Little to no training for your role or future career development - Can be a pressure cooker, especially in metric down months/quarters
