      A very good company to work for

      Pros

      If you want to be in a contracting role, Diversant can be a very good place to be at. - The recruiters are great in helping you get a role almost anywhere in the US - There are lots of openings in various technologies - If you are on a visa, they are very helpful with sponsorship - No wait time to file GC - No financial overhead on the employee for immigration costs - Visa renewals are smooth and the legal team provides excellent support - You get recognized when you are good at work - HR/Onboarding is good and proactive to take care of your requests - Pretty good 401k and commuter benefits - Decent health benefits - In some roles, you get PTO if you are not on hourly pay

      Cons

      Health insurance costs can be a bit on the higher side. I think they have improved over the past few years. The cost used to be even higher. This really depends on the size of the company, and for a staffing/contracting company, it's pretty good.

      Thank you for leaving your review. Regarding our client list, we are proud to have one of the most diverse client lists of most staffing firms in the marketplace. However, in some locations, you might find that an enterprise account is more dominant.
