Pros

You might make a few friends if you stick around long enough. Hard to think of a lot of nice things to say, though.

Cons

The list is a mile long: poor management, poor training, low pay, low commission... You are given empty promises of growth and advancement early in your career but are left to drown with no guidance or mentorship.

Pros

Sales and Senior Management will take the office out when morale is low, buy a couple rounds of beer and finger foods from bars. They will have beer nights as well if the office performs meets minimum requirements.

Cons

There is no formal and real "professional" training. All they do is provide you is pdf. booklets and books to read. It's basically a sink or swim environment that doesn't promote success for most entry level resources. It's basically a political type of culture, you get in with your manager and sales that have leverage and you get the chunkier pieces of the pie. If you aren't then you are left out in the cold and better start applying for other roles.

Pros

The sink or swim atmosphere is a good experience to have for your first position out of school. Some of the people are candid, intelligent co-workers and others... not so much. Diversant's Owner is a fantastic person and a pleasure to be around.

Cons

The company's structure is all about bringing in a fresh graduates, working them until they place a few candidates to put on the company's payroll and then letting them go for one reason or the next. Thus, keeping the full spread from an individual candidate without having to pay the now "fired" recruiter's commission. Do not join this company if you are looking for a growing career. Do not join this company in hopes that you will make more than 5k in commission for the entire year. If you feel so inclined to join this company after reading this review, be sure to specifically ask about the commission structure.
