Pros

- Depending on the team you are working on, there isnt much micromanagement. Granted you need to meet certain SLAs, but as long as you perform, metrics arent a focal point. - If you are either on a national recruiting team, or a retail team in a good office, there is ample opportunity to get up and running fairly quickly. - The commission pays well once you get past 10k and 20k/weekly spread - Most of the direct managers and upper management are great. Fully transparent, relatable, and still 'hands on' in a sense where they know what you have to go through each day. This is true for most of the sales and recruiting directors. - Amazing leadership on all levels for both sides of sales and recruiting - Very good back office (although I think they are a bit understaffed, they are on top of everything and make your job much easier) - For the most part, everyone has the same opportunity to succeed. All requirements are visible on your team, so everyone on your team has access to all the team's requirements, so it's up to you to perform. - Performance based promotions are based on weekly spread - so it's all in your control. - Willing to give new people ample time to get ramped up. - I don't think they could have handled the pandemic any better than they have so far

Cons

- Overhead burdens are pretty high compared to other companies for visa holders - Benefits overall (insurance, 401k) are terrible, but it is in our general industry. But I will say they did a great job at least in improving PTO for us - Most of the roles we work with do not have manager contact, so it's a volume game - There are some good sales reps here, but most are unmotivated and rely on VMS to push everything for them - While most of the managers here are great, there are a few that aren't, and if you get put on their team, you have a minimal chance to succeed. - No clear path to promotion, even for top performers. All recruiting managers and branch managers have been outside hires except for one or two.

Pros

There is uncappped earning potential, great benefits, including milage reimbursement, health, dental and vision insurance offered. They offer extensive training to teach you how to do your job.

Cons

12 people have left the Denver office since January 2019, including the GM. I don't know if they got a new GM since I left. The fact that the GM left was detrimental to my experience, as there was no one who actually knew how to teach me what I was supposed to be doing. This is a recruiting job, so there is also a lot of pressure (and I mean a LOT) to get candidates into job openings, which encourages manipulation and dishonesty. (Note: manipulation and dishonesty are NOT company wide values. Because this is a training program, who you get paired with to help you with daily questions has a huge impact on what you learn and how you are expected to perform. The person I was paired with had no problem trying to schmooze and manipulate candidates to make himself more money. Not my style.) Plus, working 70-80 plus hours in this job is normal, and once you get out to the training program, you don't get overtime. DO NOT COME HERE if you want a work life balance. The pressure to perform is too intense.

Your feedback is appreciated. We will share your comments with our leadership team. We do have good news! Our Denver office has a great managing director in place to provide the leadership that aligns with our company values. We are not sure who you were partnered with for training but that is not how we do business. If you can provide more details, please email us at HR@diversant.com. Thank you again and best of luck in your career journey.
