Pros

Diversant is a great company to work for, especially if you're young and want to get a jump start on your career. Not only that it'll look good on your resume and help you land another great opportunity in the long run, but You'll be able to make close to 6 figures within the first year of working here (of course if you're a rock star, anything is possible). The culture and atmosphere of the company itself is awesome. You get the proper training you need to help you work your way to earning BIG and becoming successful. Everyone is helpful and always supportive (depending on your team). You get weekly One-on-One's with your Boss (How awesome is that?!), to help keep you on track and grow. It doesn't matter if you don't have any experience in IT, you'll succeed if you're ambitious, positive, and a go-getter! I cant speak on behalf of everyone working at Diversant, but I can say that I love working for my office and team here!

Cons

As much as I really enjoy working here, there are still some things that need to be worked on and looked into (I mean nothing is Perfect). -Too strict with Rules and Policies -Way too much pressure on staff, especially Recruiters -Not enough incentives or perks for the work load an individual gets on a daily basis -Budgets for office are WAY too Low -Not enough recognition for an individual

Pros

Excellent client base, good training program for entry level recruiters and account managers. If you work hard and have good attitude, you will succeed in this company They promote within, you know from the very beginning what is expected and what you need to do from a performance perspective to hit your goals Great compensation plan, fair salary and solid commission and bonus package In reference to a lot of the negative reviews, this industry is based on performance, if you don't perform, you won't be promoted or earn good commissions, seems pretty basic. The company is going to continue to grow leaps and bounds and continue to take market share from the larger 500+ million Companies. Diversant will be over 250M within 3 years

Cons

Benefits are too expensive for what you get
