      No hassles with salary payment Initiates the Green Card process

      Cons

      The only major client in Charlotte is Bank of America (BoFA) Tough to find projects once you roll off from BoFA

      Flexible hours, uncapped commission, high pay.

      Cons

      This company is out of control in so many ways. Leadership has no management experience. Managing director plays favorites and is extremely two faced. They are sending people to President's Club that aren't even at the minimum requirement (10K). The attitudes in the Charlotte branch are so awful that they are pushing out good talent. Upper management doesn't do a thing about it. Deals come through the system all the time and go to certain people that do absolutely no work at all. I would love to see account managers truly put in the required 15 meetings a week rather than fake meetings, but managers are too busy shooting nerf guns at each other.
