Pros

Diversant has one of the best training programs for business development in the IT staffing world. It's thorough and comprehensive, and a good balance between structure and independence. There is also a thriving culture of mentorship, which can be hard to find. I'm looking forward to building my career here and my outlook is bright.

Cons

No big downsides at this time. It takes time to ramp up our own book of business and develop relationships, but the payoff is worth it. This is also more true for this type of role than the company itself.

Pros

Good pay and health care benefits are available to employees of the company. Currently there is a selection of 2. Dental and vision available also.

Cons

The health care benefits are not the best selection. One is lower cost but does not include emergency care. The other is more expensive but is a 40/60 plan.
