Crazy turnover..

Pros

The biggest pro to working at Diversant was the team I worked with locally. It was also nice that the Minneapolis office compensated their employees decently compared to other branches.

Cons

HUGE turnover.. not just in Minneapolis, but in the company overall. Felt as though the company over promised and under delivered big time. It was an sub-par role to take right out of college, but they promise you way more than is attainable.

Pros

-Great entry level job, gave me a great opportunity coming right out of school to learn about the working world, how businesses operate, and the recruiting industry as a whole -Decent commission structure -Really strong recruiting team in NYC, from the recruiting manager on down. One of the strongest recruiting teams in the company, with the ability to locate candidates with difficult skillsets, and shift focus on hot priorities -Strong MD (finally!) who really cares about the team -Young, hungry sales staff who are really invested

Cons

-Low base salary, and is not properly scaled based on location -Lack of established accounts, meaning most recruiters have to rely on one account, which can be both good and bad -High turnover, in team, leadership, and accounts

Pros

Great training! Awesome CEO. Gene is a great guy and very transparent, but he seems like a puppet for John, the owner.

Cons

Laughable commissions percentages. The owner is a complete tool. They hire young kids or of school who are not money motivated and dangle free happy hours in front of them instead of real money.
