      Pros

      This position has given me lots of room to grow as a person in a ton of different ways. I've built a great book of business for myself, and learned a lot from my mentors along the way. The company is growing every day with a view towards a better future for everyone involved in the grind.

      Cons

      Sales is the best when it's up, the worst when it's down, and never the same in between. The grind can be hard sometimes, but if making lots of money was easy everybody would be doing it.

      Pros

      DIVERSANT has given me a platform to be successful and make others around me successful. They have a strong training process in place and continue to add steps throughout the process in order to make new and existing employees more successful. If you have the right work ethic and attitude, this company will have a lot of upside. I've seen continued growth during my tenure here and I do not see the growth slowing down anytime soon.

      Cons

      Hire the right type of people for company and make sure the candidates are vetted properly. There have been a few instances where I've seen people brought on board who were not the right fit for the position and environment. Other than that, no major cons that I've see during my time here.

      Solid client base with strong manager relationships, so the opportunity is definitely there.

      Cons

      Growing company that experiences constant internal change, so there's kinks that you have to handle yourself and gaps that you have to fill in
