Pros

DIVERSANT is an organization that welcomes great talent overall. If you are someone who operates with the mindset of finding solutions to help improve the organization, then you will do well here. This is a growing organization and with that comes new challenges. However, the leadership is open to feedback and suggestions on ways to improve which to me is very impressive. Our leaders in place now are very transparent and involved in the business. It' s not uncommon to see our CEO or COO working in a local office to support the success of the employees and the business.

Cons

The company is growing fast which means there will be growing pains. However, if you like a challenge, this should not be an issue.

Pros

As a first job out of college it was good. It taught me how to communicate with all levels of clients, from tech support up to VPs. Helped understand the tech world a bit more, even though I wasn't technical myself. I learned all the ins and outs of what hiring managers look for, how to properly write a resume, key interview tips, and how to negotiate. I met some really amazing people within the company, some of which are still my best friends. Good pay, opportunity to make decent money in commission if you're passionate about it.

Cons

Management. Main downside. I watched several managers come and go and there seemed to be no care for how their team was actually doing. Seemed checked out half the time and never really did anything to help you improve. Only time they really acknowledged your work is when you did something wrong- luckily, you could usually ask your colleagues for help and they would take the time.

Pros

Diversant has a good team and upper level management. It is a great place to build a network and learn a lot about the IT/Finance industry.

Cons

The company has a high turnover rate The work is very repetitive When closing a deal there are a lot of challenges that are not in your control
