      Better options out there..

      Pros

      Great people to work with at a peer level. I made several friends there and did make some good business contacts.

      Cons

      Upper management. The level of favoritism and greed at the executive / middle management level is out of control. Don't expect acceptance of any reasonable work/life balance. You're expected to work around the clock for an unreasonably low commission plan (when compared to other agency's).. The health benefits are horrible.

      Pros

      Diversant provides a great platform for its employees to succeed. The environment is open and honest, and you are given every opportunity to develop professionally in a true team environment. Leadership values everyone's opinion, and are always looking to improve and drive the team to greater heights. They recognize talent and always strive to put their employees in a situation where that talent can be fulfilled. At the end of the day what more can you really ask for?

      Cons

      IT Staffing is a highly competitive industry. If you are not prepared to work hard, dedicate yourself, and work through frustration this is not the place for you.

      Business Development Manager

      Pros

      This position has given me lots of room to grow as a person in a ton of different ways. I've built a great book of business for myself, and learned a lot from my mentors along the way. The company is growing every day with a view towards a better future for everyone involved in the grind.

      Cons

      Sales is the best when it's up, the worst when it's down, and never the same in between. The grind can be hard sometimes, but if making lots of money was easy everybody would be doing it.
