Our organization offers career paths which help to align employees with their strengths not just filling available openings. Our training provides a good basis for those without experience to launch their careers and begin to understand the industry while teaching more experienced new staff our processes. We continue to make changes which help to drive our business forward and encourage employees to provide input. Additionally the management team is very supportive and helps staff of all levels to be set up for success.
Cons
We have 10 branches nationally so may not be in a market near you, though we do business in additional states and are beginning to employ excellent remote workers across the country at times.
