Young, energetic, positive environment. Managers are always there to help and answer questions.

Cons

The benefits are expensive. The industry can be frustrating but if you keep your head up and push through it will be worth it.

Pros

Good place to work and rewards you for your hard work. They give a lot of recognition to top performing employees and encourage others to be productive and positive. Cultivates a no non-sense work environment as well as create a healthy competition amongst other offices.

Cons

C-Level Management (regional managers) should really focus more on breaking in into new accounts and clients. They should leave the Account Managers alone and let them have the autonomy to work with their clients the way they see fit. They should also enhance their Recruiting training to be more technical in nature so Junior recruiters will be more equipped in screening Technical candidates. The tendency is, most of the time Account Managers do the recruiters job because candidates are not well screened. they need to be more organize and systematic in selecting healthcare benefits to compete with other companies.

Pros

Excellent , straightforward staffing firm with great hardworking employees. Very respected in the industry and glad to be a part of a such an organization. The people that I work with make it easy to come to work.

Cons

It would be great if we could get good coffee inhouse.
