DIVERSANT is an organization that welcomes great talent overall. If you are someone who operates with the mindset of finding solutions to help improve the organization, then you will do well here. This is a growing organization and with that comes new challenges. However, the leadership is open to feedback and suggestions on ways to improve which to me is very impressive. Our leaders in place now are very transparent and involved in the business. It' s not uncommon to see our CEO or COO working in a local office to support the success of the employees and the business.

Cons

The company is growing fast which means there will be growing pains. However, if you like a challenge, this should not be an issue.

Pros

Diversant has grown an immense amount during my time here. There has been a number of growing pains - but with them have come a lot of positive outcomes. Upper management values their employees and asks for their opinions - and I would like to think we have been heard. The industry is tough but if you stick with it the potential to earn a great living is here. Diversant gives you the tools to do so. It's a lot of personal perseverance - so this job is not for the undetermined. It is a team orientated environment that involves a lot of collaboration from everyone - Sales, Recruiting, and Management. Diversant is a great place to work!! I'm lucky to be building an excellent career here and hope many more individuals can as well!!!

Cons

My only complaint would be that our back office is a bit understaffed but that will be changing soon. The immense amount of growth could be the reason behind that - but with grow brings more opportunities!! $$$

Pros

Excellent tools and forward thinking Executive Leadership who allow local market leaders to build and cultivate their teams. Leadership who come from larger staffing organizations and bring the insight from those past experiences.

Cons

Still establishing a true corporate culture, but progress is being made. Training and development is still a work in progress. Going through the normal growing pains of a company on the cusp of breaking through on a national level.
