Pros

I have been working at Diverse Lynx (More than 3 year). A Positive atmosphere with happy people , mostly employees are a joy to work with, little recognition for a job well done. Pretty flexible schedule Really light work load

Cons

Need more clients to work with them.

Pros

Have been working with Diverse Lynx since last 2 years. I never feel that I am working in an office, the environment and work culture is very friendly. Always surrounded by passionate people having hunger to learn, explore and perform. Motivates new talent and gives opportunity to learn. NO extended working hours for female employees. Senior management is totally supportive and motivates juniors in all aspect of growth. Awesome official parties in every quarter with several breakfast, snacks and lunch parties with my team.

Cons

There are some cons that are inherent to any organization. Work pressure and Healthy Competition, you need to live upto the Diverse Lynx standards.

i am working since last 4+ years and found good environment to work. a nice place to grow & it is a nice experience for me to work with this company.

Cons

There is always possibility to improve.
