Let me let you sir Looser stay in a same company for so long because they know if they change the company they will not able to survive. This core team 4-5 members has no etiquette at all, even you can judge their behavior by their written skill. they use abusive language for their candidate in case they have any issue with them. They are not skilled at all, because they are their since the company started day team that is the only reason behind their survival, They have joined diverse lynx before so called current India operation head.

No matter if the company is big or small and right or wrong. What matters is we should give our best and make ourselves grow so the company will automatic grow, There are so many employees who are working in last 4 -5 years, male and female both, who can not do any thing in their life they will mention wrong comments because they are totally looser, i am quite happy and enjoying with this company from last 4 years with day team, superiors are very supportive, helpful and highly qualified in the field of recruitment, one of the best place to work.
