      None, besides some of the non-managment employees are great people.

      Cons

      Management is nothing but liars who promise things that never come, steal you ideas and pass them off as there own.. will work you into the ground with no back up and then fire you. When ever you apply for different positions all you get is a rub around. Raises, back up support, and days off are all dependent on my much you suck up to you boss and not how well you do your job or how much clients like you.

As with any growing company, there are unavoidable growing pains. We are not oblivious to the continued work and effort that needs to take place companywide in order to eliminate these experiences.       Don't get caught in the hype

      Company Supplied Vehicles. Company Credit Cards. Interesting Projects.

      Cons

      Green techs thrown in the field first day. Insane turn over. Management actually argues with you and instigates. Do not promote from within. Company is growing to fast and quality of work is still lacking. Field support is nonexistent. No work life balance. Benefits are aweful.
