Mental health is not important to management. Employees are overworked and severely under compensated. Management will make false promises and timelines to get new employees in the door. The Midland site is an extremely high-turnover work environment due to the lack of appreciation and support for employees. Be prepared to find ALL answers/solutions on your own with no help from management. Never expect recognition for your years of service. Raises are not reflected by work performance, yearly reviews or cost of living adjustment; however, you will get a minuscule raise for taking on a whole new role on-top-of your current role. There is bias against age, mainly those under 30, and years of service. Management chooses favorites, hope you’re a party-animal.

I enjoyed my position, and excelled at it until Covid, where I was let go without any warning on a random Tuesday morning in May. Multiple layoffs occurred in waves across the company, post a 20% reduction on salary at the beginning of the pandemic. My office went from 30+ people to a current seven. Morale is non-existent and company culture is shot. It’s my belief that Diversified has grown too big for its britches, acquiring too many companies at a rapid rate and implementing D365 to offices that were not ready nor equipped for it. The Diversified Family does not exist, unless you are region 2 and work in the Atlanta or Nashville office.
