      Fast Growing company - has a few growing pains, but overall decent

      Pros

      PTO up front (pro-rated based on when you begin employment). After first 1000 hrs worked, company matches portion of 401K. Every year after first, this goes up, until maxed at/after five years. Senior management seems to be engaged with employee's needs and issues. Lots of opportunity to move around in company.

      Cons

      Life insurance is below most other company offerings, but fair for the price. Dependent Basic Life is lower than industry average. Only seven holiday days/year - most companies are offering 10 (based on personal experience). Not a huge deal, but nice if they'd step up on this. PTO hours expire every year - use or lose.
