Teamwork environment, great and hardworking coworkers, sometimes work on awesome projects

Cons

Limited and slow growth opportunities, company culture, growth by buying other companies has caused a huge disconnect and internal politics which has a domino effect on its non-management employees, old school mindset leadership and not adapting to today's workplace environment, no mentorship or training programs
