Opportunity to work with emerging technologies and very high profile clients. Being able to work on a variety of projects in the AV and Broadcast Industry. This company is resourceful with a great Engineering and Technical staff that can offer team support and be able to complete jobs where other Integrators fail. The CEO is very hardworking and transcends that energy within the legacy group.

Cons

A lot of the core people who built this company to the giant they are today are either sidelined or pigeon holed in positions with very little opportunity for development. Poor reflection on management as they struggle to develop from within.
