Small Company but good place to start your career

Pros

People were friendly and easy to work with for the most part. The expected workload was very doable in a typical day. Generally flexible with working hours but seemed to prefer the typical 8 hour work day.

Cons

Little opportunity for advancement; sales seemed to want to push products through without adequate testing which led to more issues in the long run.

Pros

Great folk to work with. Very family oriented. Multiple aspects in company which appeals to multi-taskers and the goal oriented.

Cons

Monotony as with everything else. Relatively small which can have it's faults along with other redeeming qualities. Could probably use with some more adaptability.
