Pros

From EMTs to dispatch to management, the teamwork at DocGo is real. Everyone communicates, everyone contributes. It’s a huge difference-maker when you’re managing high-acuity calls or dealing with tough scenes.

Cons

No - I really like my work, this experience is much better than past EMS jobs

Pros

I was worried EMTs would be stuck with rigid hours. Not here. They offer plenty of overtime, decent compensation per call, and flexibility when you need off. It’s rare to find an EMS job that supports both your wallet and your life.

Cons

There can be sudden shift changes, so you need to stay adaptable.

Pros

This role gives me independence while still being supported by a clinical team. I’m trusted to make patient care decisions in the field and not micromanaged. It’s empowering.

Cons

Some patients have complex needs that require more time than scheduled.
